Crypto company registration and licensing
We will help you legalise your exchange business: together with vetted lawyers we register crypto companies and obtain crypto licences for exchange activity — turnkey, including opening bank accounts. We work with several jurisdictions and help you choose the optimal one in terms of cost, available fiat currencies and requirements for founders. Legal status means operating above board with peace of mind: it is easier to connect banks and payment services, run operations and grow your volumes.
Jurisdictions
Not sure whether you need a licence? It depends on the legislation of the country where your exchanger plans to operate. We will help you work it out together with our partners' lawyers — before you spend any money.

Why go through us
- Vetted lawyers: we selected them ourselves and work with them on an ongoing basis
- We will prepare your site for the regulator's requirements. The lawyers define what the site must contain, and we, as the engine's developers, implement it technically: mandatory pages and policies, verification procedures, country-specific adjustments
- Post-registration support. Through the lawyers you get accounting, an AML officer and advice whenever requirements change — obtaining a licence is not enough, you have to live with it
- You are in a single chat with us and the partner — we oversee the process and help at every step
- We understand the specifics of exchangers: registration specifically for exchange activity, bank accounts, exchange platform accounts
FAQ
How does the process work?
It all starts with the jurisdiction. If you have already decided which country you are registering in, we immediately create a shared chat with the lawyers who handle that jurisdiction. If you are still choosing, we bring in lawyers for several countries, starting with those closest to your situation: citizenship, the fiat currencies you need, your budget. They advise on requirements, timelines and costs, you make your decision — and they launch the process on their side. We stay in the chat, oversee the work through to the result and, if the regulator imposes requirements on the website, we implement them technically as the engine's developers.
How long does it take?
It depends on the jurisdiction and on how quickly the documents come together. Timelines are affected by company registration and account opening, share capital requirements, the founders' citizenship and the regulator's current workload — in some countries the path is noticeably shorter than in others. The lawyers give you an exact timeline for your situation in the shared chat, before work begins: we would rather you planned your launch around a specific date than around a general estimate.
What does it cost?
It consists of two parts. A one-off part — company registration, the licence, a registered address, document preparation and opening bank accounts. A recurring part starts once the licence is granted: accounting, an AML officer, maintaining the infrastructure — obtaining a licence is not enough, you have to live with it, and that should be built into your model from the outset. Both parts depend on the jurisdiction. The lawyers prepare a quote for your situation in the shared chat, before work begins.
